Frequently asked questions
- What is your capacity? The entire venue can currently accommodate up to 400 guests for seated events or up to 450 for gatherings/theater-style seating.
- How many hours does a rental include? We have several pricing packages to accommodate every occasion, from 3 hour packages, up to 16 hours for a full day.
- What do I need to secure a date? A signed contract, in addition to 50% of your chosen package, plus a refundable damage/cleaning deposit is due to hold your date. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to your event.
- What if I need to cancel my date? All cancellations need to be in writing and payments are non-refundable unless we are able to rebook your date at the same price.
- May I choose my own vendors? We do require all alcohol be purchased through our partner bar vendor. We have recommendations on several vendors who we believe will do a fabulous job for your event, however you are welcome to use whoever you choose.
- Will someone from the Paper Mill be on site during my event? Yes, a representative from the Paper Mill will be on site during your entire event to assist with any venue-related needs.
- Is parking available? Yes, guests are welcome to park in our adjacent parking lot to the west of the building. In addition to public parking, we do have some partner businesses in the area who generously allow us to utilize their lots during certain hours. We also offer a shuttle as an additional service if desired.
- Am I allowed to have my dog on the property? Yes, we do allow your well-behaved four-legged friend to participate in your event! They must remain leashed at all times and be up to date on any vaccinations.
- Are you handicap-accessible?: Yes we are a fully ADA-compliant venue.
- Are there Wi-Fi and an ATM available? Yes, wi-fi is complimentary for you and your guests. An ATM is provided by the bar for your convenience.
- Do you require event insurance? Yes all events are required to carry their own liability event insurance policy to cover their event. Further details are provided at the time of booking.
- Is there a kitchen available? We have a designated catering prep area with refrigerators, freezers, sinks and a hot-holding unit. We do not have a full kitchen or cook equipment available.
